MAKE A RETURN
For all orders shipped domestically, a first return or size/color change of the same model can be made within 15 days of receiving the package. The first return or size/color change request is completely free of charge.
Any model change requests will be handled as returns: the amount will be refunded to allow a new purchase by the Customer.
No additional size or color changes can be made after the first one. In case of a second request, a refund of the order will be automatically initiated on the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 15 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne entirely by the Customer.
For orders outside Italy, you must contact our Customer Support by sending an email to: supporto@gianmarcofunari.com, to obtain information regarding the conditions of any return.
To make a return, write an email to supporto@gianmarcofunari.com including your order number, the product you intend to return, the reason for the return, and any additional information useful to the success of the return.
Once we have received your return package in our warehouse, we will check that everything is in its place. We would like to remind you that every Gian Marco Funari product has a special guarantee seal that you will find applied to the product and which must be intact when the purchased item is returned. Only in the presence of this condition, the return will be valid and we will be able to make the refund directly to the payment method entered at the time of purchase within 15 working days starting from the receipt of the product and the subsequent verification of the conditions.
