MAKE A RETURN
For all orders shipped domestically, only one return or size/color change of the same model can be made within 15 days of receiving the package. Requesting a return or size/color change is completely free of charge.
Any model change requests will be handled as returns: the amount will be refunded to allow a new purchase by the Customer.
No further returns, size or color changes can be made after the first one.
For orders shipped outside Italy, it is necessary to contact our Customer Support by email at supporto@gianmarcofunari.com to obtain information regarding the applicable return conditions.
Following confirmation of the return request by our Customer Support, you will have 7 (seven) calendar days to ship back the product you wish to return.
If the product is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request may be considered void and it will no longer be possible to proceed with a refund or exchange.
To make a return write an email to supporto@gianmarcofunari.com entering the order number, the product you intend to return, the reason for the return and any additional information useful to the success of the return.
Once we have received your return package in our warehouse, we will check that everything is in its place. We would like to remind you that every Gian Marco Funari product has a special guarantee seal that you will find applied to the product and which must be intact when the purchased item is returned. Only in the presence of this condition, the return will be valid and we will be able to make the refund directly to the payment method entered at the time of purchase within 15 working days starting from the receipt of the product and the subsequent verification of the conditions.
